Waste Tire Recycling Reclaim Rubber Processing Machine
1. This line machine are used to process reclaimed rubber sheet from waste tyre powder.
2. Consist machine of this line: Devulcanzier, rubber mixing mill, rubber refining mill (refiner), and other auxiliary machine.
3. Chemical is pine tar oil, lime powder ect.
4. Processing introduction: First use the devulcanizer tank (boiler) to make rubber devulcanized, then use the rubber mixing mill to mixing rubber powder, next rubber refiner to filter the impurity, finally get the nice reclaimed rubber sheet.
5. We can make rubber machine, also send technical man to guide the work operate this line.

Structure characters:
1) The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadlum and tltanlum alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportloned.
2) This machine has overload protection devices, and the major components can not be damaged bacause of over loading.
3) This machine is equipped with emergency bracking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and rreliable.
4) The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank plance reducer, which has compacts structue, low noise and high efficiency.
5) The base of the machine is complete frame, so it's very convenient for installation.
