Aplication:
1. Two dual-action cylinders for fast mold open / close;
2. Provided with mass flow prefill valve;
3. Automatic mold forward / backward;
4. PLC controlled;
5. Unit area pressure no less than 45kg/cm ² to ensure the density of the tyre-surface
6. Multiple options of layer number and tables;
7. Hydraulic pressure components and electrical equipment imported or of local famous brand, to ensure reliable performance.
8. We also can according to the customers' requirement, and design the nonstandard type of tire tread vulcanizing machine.
