Brief
1.1 SRFM-2R-1200 Paper Roller To Roller Laminating Machine is a plastic filming machine of the fully environmental protection type, it uses the water-soluble environment protection glue-water, and is able to press the bilaterally tensile polypropylene film (BOPP,PET) or the polyester film with the printed matter together continuously. This product has many advantages, such as high transparency, strong plastic effect, good adhesive property, without snowflake points, bubble free, nonpoisonous, odorless and so on. It is widely used for the plastic pasting of textbooks, covers of books and magazines, New Year pictures, wall calendar, catalogues and package paper boxes, and is an ideal equipment for increasing the quality of printed matters.
1.2 The main machine uses the imported frequency inverter, with stable performances. It equips with the automatic stopping for lacking of paper, paper counting, automatic film cutting, treatment of finished product fast pushing etc. systems, and has features of high speed and energy saving. The power supply used by this machine is 220V, 60HZ.
1.3 This machine has a compact and reliable structure, a high speed and stable running, is easy to operate and move, with a beautiful modeling, and occupies less land area. Requirements of the environment protection and fire prevention could be reached during the using process. Therefore, it is applicable to the using by printing factories and packaging, decorating and color printing factories and professional plastic filming factories.
