One piece fitting is widely used in the hydraulic and fluid conveying ststem of machinery,

oilfield, mine, building, transportation and other industries.

It is NPT Male one-piece style, our part number is 15611Y, if the material is stainless steel, the part number is 15611YSS.

1. The dimension before "/" for A issuitable for braided hose, and the dimension after "/" for A  is suitable for spiral hose.                                                                                                              

2. The plating for one piece hose fitting is zinc with Cr +3.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

3. The compatible hose for braided nipple: FC686, FC687, GH663, GH793, GH781 and for spiral hose nipple: 2755, GH506.

A: Yes, all of our hydraulic fittings are standard parts.Each of hydraulic hose can find our hydraulic fittings to fit for.

Q: Can you print model and our brand on the ferrule and fitting?

A: We can print model and your brand on the ferrule, but there is no enough space to print them on the fitting, just logo is ok.

Q: Can you produce fitting according to sample or drawings?

A: Yes, we can produce fitting according to your samples or drawings.

Q: Can you galvanize zinc in golden color?

A: Yes, it can be made in golden color, anyway, we suggest to use siliver zinc plated fitting because it is ROHS compliant.
