mould material:P20,718,718H,2738,2316,S136.
Middle of processing:Quenched and tempered, and improve the hardness.
post processing:Nitride (nitriding treatment low temperature, deformation is small, no longer need to be hardening and has the very high surface hardness, greater than HV850) and abrasion resistance.
Mould life: P20 normal use not less than 300000 times.
Mode of transport: before shipment, the mould must be put locked mode, by air or by sea as customer requiry.
