1. Main Usage:
This production line is used for continuously producing PE ,PP ,PVC single wall and double wall corrugated pipe, as well as PA corrugated pipes;
2. Main Features of Plastic single wall corrugated pipe:
- high temperature resistance ,
- resistant to corrosion and abrasion,
- good flexible,
- high density and so on;
3. Main filed to be applied:
Widely used in field of auto wire ,electric wire protection ,lamp circuit protection, tubes of air condition and washing machine etc.
l Corrugator adopts HMI human-computer interface, touch screen, movement control server system.
l Online UPS continuous power supple ensures working platform return automatically and apart forming blocks from cooling mandrel when power off suddenly.
l Corrugator adopts advanced shuttle-type structure, rectangular working trail, easy and convenient to change and regulating the 14 pairs of forming moulds and the long forming stroke makes good forming of pipes.
