Such horizontal metal gap lathe machine has following features:
l With CE Certificate, with GAP;
l Standard spindle head: D8; spindle hole diameter:82mm;
l 3-jaw chuck and 4-jaw chuck: Direct coupled type
l Guide rail width: 394mm
l Guide rail hardness: HRC50, Depth1.5mm
High-frequency quenching (hardness HRC50)
l Maximum load capacity between two centers: 500kg
l Standard: the lathe is equipped with left-handed wheel;
right-handed wheel shall be informed specially when placing order;
l Apron iswith longitudinal orcross rapid shift handle;
l Special indication is required iftailstock sleeve is with a scale;
l With mechanical clutch and mechanical braking;
