CKE6163(Z)x1000 CNC Flat Bed Lathe with CE
CKE6163 cnc lathe has following featurers:
- All main components, bed, headstock, saddle, plinth, etc., are high-quality solid castings.
- Low friction Turcite-B coating on mating surfaces between saddle and guideways.
- Precision ballscrews and highly rigid precision bearings ensure accurate positioning and heavy cutting capability.
- Centralized oil system provides forced automatic lubrication onto ballscrews and all mating surfaces.
- Choice of two model ranges. The CKE-Z series has automatic headstock gear changing, high spindle speed with wide range, and low noise levels of under 80db.
- The CKE-I series, with independent spindle structure, utilizes a frequency converted spindle motor or servomotor to offer stepless high spindle speeds.
- Operator adjustable control panel enables convenient tool setting.
- Fully enclosed guards with interlock offer a waterproof and chip-free environment.
- Horizontal /vertical 4-P automatic tool post is provided as standard, while vertical 4-P indexing tool post, horizontal 6/8-P tool post, quick-change toolpost, etc can also be supplied to suit customers' specific requirements.
- Optional pneumatic or hydraulic chuck and tailstock are available.
- FANUC, SIEMENS, FAGOR, etc control systems can be supplied.
- E-hand wheel function is also available.
- 3 kinds of main motors for your choice: 2-speed main motor; varaible-frequency main motor and Servo main motor; 11kW
