1.Introduction
The laser cutting puncher is a system equipment of optical, mechanical and electronic integration. It can implement noncontact cutting and punching on metal or nonmetal sheets or pipes. It is suitable for the laser cutting and punching of stainless steel plate, iron plate, silicon chip, ceramic plate, titanium alloy, epoxy, A3 steel, diamond, etc. It is a type of multifunctional process equipment, featuring stable running, high processing quality, high efficiency, simple operation and easy maintenance.
2. Feature
The pulse YAG laser generator uses ceramic reflecting converging cavity imported from the Britain and Nd:YAG double-lamp pump. The maximum output power is 500W. The control system uses industrial PC to control the laser power supply and work bench to realize the automatic control of space coordinates and laser switch. Highly efficient protection and emergency shutdown devices are integrated to ensure safety.

Laser cutting and punching: stainless steel plate, iron plate, silicon chip, ceramic plate, titanium alloy, epoxy, A3 steel, diamond, etc ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal (e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, ceramic)
