Curtis Model 841 displays various system parameters, such as battery state-ofcharge, operating hours or maintenance status from a Curtis motor speed controller or other vehicle controller.

The Curtis Model 841 is ideal for use in material handling vehicles such as pallet trucks, walkies, stackers and order pickers as well as other equipment with a need to display battery state of charge, operating hours and controller fault codes.
• Attractive, easy-to-read, 8 character dot matrix Liquid Crystal
Display enhances the look of any vehicle.
• Standard models display hours of use, battery state-of-charge
and fault code messages from a Curtis motor speed controller.
• 3 LED’s:
• Green to indicate that hour meter is active.
• Amber to warn of battery state-of-charge lower than 20%
remaining.
• Red to warn that controller fault has occurred or battery stateof-
charge lower than 10% remaining.
• Interfaces directly with Curtis Model EVC255, 1244, 1254
motor controllers and displays various fault codes.
• Relay lift lockout to prevent deep discharging of batteries.
• Can be programmed to work with a variety of Curtis motor
speed controller models as well as controllers of other
manufacturers.
• Molded-in rear Molex style connector provides a low-cost, fast
and reliable installation.
• Front sealed (IP65) for use in harsh environments.
