Description

ANT-184  ALC brick interface grout it is made specially for ALC bricks, it’s one kind of especial polymer modified portland cement based material 

that used for rendering and leveling, it has excellent binding property, it’s crack resistant and waterproof.

Scope of use 

Used for Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete bricks.

Base Surface Preparation   

The base surface should be dry, solid, smooth, no crack, oil stain and dust. The base surface should be wetted slightly if it is porous.

Application  

1,stir the mortar manually or electrically, pour the water into clean vessel and mix with mortar and stir at the same time until it becomes uniform thick paste, keep it still for 5 minutes, stir again to use and no need to add water.

 (the mixing ratio of mortar powder to water is 25kgs to 5.0-6.0kgs).

2,plaster the well-stirred mortar on the base surface by use of wooden shaving knife or the steel trowel,

 the thickness of mortar is 1-2mm,the amount of use for this product is 1.5-3.0kgs per square meter.

Please note 

Construction temperature is 5-35°C,the ready to used product should be used up within 3 hours.

It should not be under the blazing sun or in the rain when the outdoor construction is finished in one day.The interval is 24 hours between ALC brick adhesive and ALC brick interface treating agent works.

This product contains alkali, please be careful of your skin and eyes. Please refer to the instructions of our products or contact with us.

Storage and packing  

This product can be stored for 9 months under seal in cool and dry place. packing: 25 kgs per bag,20 tons per 20ft. container.
