Waste Motor Stator, Coils Recycling Machine
Brief Introduction
QY-1000 dry-type waste motor stator, coils recycling production line adopts harmless physical way to recycle resources. The manually selected waste motor stator and coils are conveyed to first crusher. Through the separation of high-intensity magnetic roller, iron and copper mixture are separated. Then copper mixture is conveyed to second crusher for further grinding to get smaller particles. Then the further grinded material is conveyed to air separator to sort out copper. Thereby considerable economic benefits are obtained. The equipment adopts negative pressure adsorption and is equipped with pulse dedusting system, so the dust caused in crushing and separation process can be easily catched and impact to the environment can be reduced effectively.
