Functions and features |
It is the latest multi-function stripping machine which is the most advanced and functional disassembling device currently.
It processes various specifications and shape of cable, such as cable television line, three core and four core cable, wire, copper wire, monofilament strands, wire separation and so on.
The core and outer shell will be automatically separated after the blade rolling out from the insulating layer. |

Maintenance
1. Operator must pay special attention to the safety of hands. FATIGUE OPERATION IS FORBIDEN !
2. The pressure should not be too tight. Overload work will shorter the life span of the machine.
3. If the cable cannot get through, operator has to check whether the belt is loose or the pressure is too light, or the blades are wrong directed.
4. If this machine works with heavy duty for a long time, operator has to check the transmission oil capacity, grease lubrication is required on the four shaft gears before working every three months.
5. Keep daily maintenance of the four bearing, any damager of bearing will cause shaft broken easily after continuous operating.
6. When work with bigger size cables, the upper shaft should be kept hanging on the same line by both sides.
7. Any loosing of the four lifting screw nuts of the transmission and motor have to be adjusted by fastening the chain and V-belt.
Note: the position of transmission and the motor have to be kept parallel
If the copper wire and rubber or plastic cannot be separated completely, please pay attention as below:
1, Choose the right feeding hole, adjust the positioning fixture via the diameter of cable‘
2,Adjust the gap between the drove-gears according to the diameter of cable.
Basically, the gap should be smaller than the diameter of cable.
3,Keep both sides of the long blades to be symmetrical, as well as the long blades and the position of fixture.
