SYTL550 vertical injection moulding / molding machine:
Features:
1)Traverse is mounterd steel structure, high quality liner rail, driven by AC servo motor, high quality synchronous belte to move the axis at axis at high speed and strength with precise positioning;
2) A single beam structure is configured for the crosswise part. Its principal body is comprised of high-quality profiled aluminum alloy beam and high-quality linear guide, driven by high-quality cylinder and designed with special gascircuits. Therefore, it relizes lower speed outside the mold and high speed inside the mold.
3)Both main arm and auxiliary arm have a two-stage multi-speed mechanism. The principal body is comprised of high-quality profiled aluminum alloy beam, high quality linder guide, driven by high-quality cylinder and designed with special gas circuits. Therefor, it realizes lower speed outsied the mold and high speed inside the mold.
