Application:
Electric-hydraulic pusher is a drive press device set which consist of motor, centrifugal pump, cylinder with compact structure.The one widely used as a driving device of block brake and disc brake, also can be used in various industrial valves, gate.Directional swing and rotation (<90%) drive control device and clamping device.
Performance and structural features:
1.Ed series of electric hydraulic pusher
2.Ed series of drive is the exclusive introduced a complete set of design and manufacturing technology for production of former West Germany EMG company.According to the German DIN15430 and JB/T10603-2006 standard.
3.Ed series to promote its parts with CNC machining center, strict process.
4.The structure is aluminum alloy shell which sealed with single push rod, well formed, light weight, cmoplete functions, and have varieties of goods.
5.The structure of motor is not oil-immersed , class F insulation, good heat resistance property, long operating life.
6.The cover of motor terminal box is provided with a seal, adopt the wire stuffing box into the line, firm and reliable, electrical protection grade IP65.
7. The shaft and the putting surface of moter are greatly prolong the service life after the seals special treatment.
8 .Transmission parts are all double sealing structure, reliable sealing.
9.On one side of ED drive cylinder shell is arranged a balance chamber, which can be used in the temperature from 0 degree to180 degree .
ED series Electric-hydraulic pusher drive attachment:
ED drive can be based on user requirements adding device to achieve additional functions.
Can also set the rise and fall limit switch.
1.Rise limit switches: it can show the brake is open or not, and judge whether the push rod is pushed to the designated location.
2 Fall limit switch: it can display the brake is closed or not, and judge whether the push rod is putting back to the provision location.
3. Rise and fall time delay valve can adjust the rated operating time in the range of 10-20 times.
4 Short stroke drive can be addition with a built-in brake spring (spring C), returnning spring (spring W), buffer spring (spring D).
5 Additional heater, the Electric-hydraulic thruster can addition a heater to meet the need when the working temperature are below twenty degrees..
