1. Cut off the power and make sure the wall can burden the weight of the lamp before install.
2. Make sure the lamp correctly install, in case of the lamp’s dropping down.
3. Don’t use the lamp in the area with aggressive gas.
4. Don’t cover the lamp with anything ,which is harmful for heat dissipation.
5. Be careful and connect the group line well.
6. Products faults caused by separating, remodeling, or incorrectly instruction are not in the warranty area.

Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.
Q4. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty for our lights. Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
