2. LED Lifespan:
1. LEDs Qty: 1200mm-18W-120pcs; 600mm-9W-60pcs, use more LEDs than other supplers, more brighter, expand the.
2. LM-80 lifespan test report for the LEDs, which is issued by the third-party certification body authorized by EPA, after lighting up to 7000 hours at a certain working temperature, the luminous efficiency maintenance rate of LEDs can not lower than 91% , its lifespan can be guaranteed.
3. LED Driver:
IC Constant Current LED Driver, AC90-285V, provide high power factor and power efficiency, have function of short circuit, over-voltage, over-load and high temperature protection.
3. Heat Sink:
Thick PCB Board and thicker 6063 Aluminium alloy heat sink for good heat dissipation, the heat is taken to the fins of heat sink quickly and evenly, to expand the lifetime of led tube.

Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: Express(DHL,UPS,Fedex or TNT.), Air or Sea shipment is available depends on your need. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive except Sea transportation.
Q: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem to the lights. Secondly, we usually offer 2 years warranty for our lights. Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend new lights with the new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we can repair them, then resend them to you.
