Used Tire Retreading Machine/Tread Building Machine
Building machine use for presuure the new tread on the suface of old tire.
1. Pressure the tread on the surface of old tyre, and put the air out among
the tread and cushion gum and tyre surface.
2. the thread pitch of pinch roller screw mandrelcontrol the speed and pressure,
make the pinch roller roll from the middle to both side.
3. Optional expansion rim:15"-16",17.5"-19.5",20"-22.5",20"-22.5"(width:250mm),
20"-22.5"(width:300mm),20"-22.5"(width:350mm),24"and welcome special size order.
4. Standard layout:15"-16",20"-22.5"expansion rim and tread cutting machine
5. Optional function:control system of pretightening force on the tread,aotumatic
tread centration system,infrared ray tread centration system.
Tire retreading process:

Benefits of tyre retreading:
*The benefits of retreading are both environmentally friendly and cost-efficient! When the tread has worn off, only about 20% of the tyre is used up. The carcass, which represents about 80% of the tyre's value, can be re-rubberized for a "new tyre life".
* To produce a truck or bus tyre requires about 60-80 kg of rubber mixture. Retreading the tyre takes only about 15 kg of rubber. A considerable amount of raw materials can therefore be saved. In the EU, this equates to more than 300,000 tones per year!
* To produce a car tyre requires about 28 litres of crude oil. To retread a car tyre, on the other hand, only 5.5 litres of oil are needed.
