Flake Ice Maker Machine
INTRODUCTION:

Small and medium commercial flake ice machine daily ice output: 350 kg / day ~3 tons / day.

Flake ice thickness: 1.8mm-2.5mm
Flake ice is a kind of dry and loose flaky ice. Compared with the small block ice, it has larger surface area than the other various shapes of ice in the same weight. It has larger surface area, and faster heat exchange process, could quickly melt into water, take away heat, increased the humidity of mixture, the cooling effect is better. It has a large ratio of surface area per unit, and is suitable for rapid cooling. Could enter the gap between the object to be cooled, reducing heat exchange, keeping the ice temperature, and at the same time have a good moisturizing effect.

Ice machine is suitable for cold storage, keep fresh of meat, food refrigerated, frozen aquatic products frozen, rapid cooling, marine, fish processing, food processing, fruit, vegetables, meat distribution, chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry etc.
MODELS:
Supermarket, store standard ice table is 1.8 * 0.9 m, if the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, daily ice loss between 90-150Kg /m2, if the temperature is higher, ice loss should be larger.
A standard ice table 1.8 * 0.9 m, if the ice countertops lay 5 ~ 6cm ice, you can choose a 350kg / day flake ice machine, consider the life of the machine, we recommend use of 500kg/ day of flake ice machine. If around the table marked with standard wall of ice, ice wall width 18cm height 15cm, you should use a 1 ton / day flake ice machine, the same consideration from the life of the machine, we recommend use of 1.5 tons/day, or 2 tons/day flake ice machine.
