Feartures:
1. Fuel pellets are made from wood, sawdust, straw and other biomass fuel material.
2. Moisture content and particle size are two important factors for wood pellets making. The sawdust should be dried to a low moisture content, around 15% -20% is acceptable.
3. With an electric engine you can precisely adjust the speed of the pellet machine die or roller by the transmission reduction gears
which is connected to the motor.
4. It adopts screw-center adjusting pressure structure,the pressed rollers' gap can be adjusted small or big,so it can meet the different materials demand and make sure the pelleting effect.
5. The flat die has the unique advantages to produce larger pressure than ring die pellet mill . in this way rollers and bearings are both enlarged , which can produce larger pressure. for ring die pellet mill, its ring die is restricted by its diameter, rollers can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass waste, their adhesiveness is very low ,needs high pressure to press the biomass, so flat die pellet mill is more fit .
Application:
Applied to crude fiber granulation such as sawdust,rice husk,cotton stalk,cotton seed hull,weeds and all kinds of crop straw,home wastage,the worn out plastic and the factory reject,the material of low adhesion rate,difficult to form.It also can be applied to biological fetilizer,organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and so on low temperature pelleting.
