1.Introduction of induction quenching machine
Our induction hardening/quenching machine with IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as the core. Heating the metal workpiece to a certain temperature,then cool it rapidly to change its machine stucture to achieve some special mechanical properties.
Oscillation frequency ranges around 30Khz.
Machines for quenching small shaft like Φ10( hardening layer within 1.5mm)
And for large shaft like Φ250 , or Φ 500 gear are available
2.Specifications of induction quenching machine
1, High-quenching quality: high-frequency quenching layer is too shallow. Cusp at the easy to crack. IF too easily quenched layer deformation.
