Introduction of induction quenching,hardening machine
Our induction hardening/quenching machine with IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as the core. Heating the metal workpiece to a certain temperature,then cool it rapidly to change its machine stucture to achieve some special mechanical properties.
Oscillation frequency ranges around 30Khz.
Machines for quenching small shaft like Φ10( hardening layer within 1.5mm)
And for large shaft like Φ250 , or Φ 500 gear are available

Characteristics of induction quenching machine/ furnace series
1. Fast heating, gas furnace heating faster than the more than 10 times:
2. The heating time is short, burning a small, compared to other heating methods, significantly reducing the amount of metal loss;
