Directions
Weigh phosphors and epoxy or silicone in correct concentration. Mix phosphors and silicone well and pump in vacuum chamber to eliminate air bubbles. Package some LEDs and measure. Adjust concentration and repeat until desired CIE is achieved. (Can be mixed with other phosphors)
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: in a plastic bottle.
Storage conditions: Keep products sealed in packaging and store in a clean and dry environment.
usages
1. Can be mixed with yellow phosphor to fabricate high color rendering (Ra>80) white LEDs.
2. Can be mixed with yellow phosphor to manufacture 3000~4000K(CCT) warm white LEDs.
3. Can be applied to the package of orange LED.
