The paper egg carton making machine used for the making the molded pulp products,such as egg tray,egg carton/box from waste paper.small invest.
1, mainly producing the pulp molded products,such as egg tray ,egg box, fruit tray,coffee tray.
2, Material for the molded pulp products is waste paper,corrugated paper,waste newspaper,magazine.

1. Raw material :
waste paper, corrugated paper, waste newspaper or magazine
2. Usage : Egg Tray machinery used for making the molded pulp products,such as egg tray,egg carton/box fruit tray,coffee tray. It is small investment.
3. Dryer line: dryer line has two different lines. One is full-automatic dryer line, the other is made by brick(this is more cheaper). The length of line is 50 metres.
4. Production detial : The whole production line include pulp making system + egg tray molding system + egg tray drying system + egg tray packing system. The drying line we will make single layer or multi layer depend on buyer's request

Equiped with vacuum auto draining system;auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
