We are experienced in the designing of HUSKYMINCOE, EWIKON, SYNVENTIVE, MOULD-MATER, YUDO and famous brand hot runner mould, etc.
Plastic Precision mould
We have designed mouldswith up to 16 hot nozzles, at the meantime, we are skillful in applying famous standard fittings, such as HASCO, DME, PARKER, STAUBLI, etc.
A feasible plan will be sent in ERP system, when an order is confirmed.
The plan cover the process of the design, purchase, machining assembling and molding.
Every process has a plan time (mark pink) and complete time (mark blue)
If the time is delay, the fill color will change to red.
Check the board, you will know the process and find a solution to solve the abnormal.
1.Omould introduce the ERP system to control each process to ensure the delivery time and quality.
2.Omould can finish a design in a short time, generally, it only take 3 days for 2D design, and 5-7 days for 3D design,. Besides, each mould can make full 3D moulding, including each screws and ejector etc.
3.Omould has much experience in hot runner mould making,and have the ability to take a large project which need us to handle 9-10 sets hot spure moulds at one time. We are also good at making the valve and Hydrallc Cylinder slide mould.
4.Omould can undertake large projects, and can make 30 sets moulds at one time.
5.Delivery on time,98% of our products can be delivered to our customers on time, first successful test rate is 90%,and garantee not more than 3 times for trial.
