The traditional equipment for produceing offset ink,high viscosity paint is three roll mill,while the bead mill was ghought only for the low viscosity material.But WST high-viscosity bead mill with the advantage of high efficiency,high-viscosity,low cost can expanding the application range,to reduce the people relying on the three roll mill.That means the efficiency for dispersing for the rolls of three roll mill from the workshop of ink and paint,in fact to prolong the working time of three roll mill.

Tppered milling chamber and trapezoid rotor are specially designed to mill high-viscosity materials.The advance internal-cooling device is efficient enough to dispel the heat generated during high-viscosity milling in the milling chamber.

Mechanical sealing and sealing lips are all imported from Germany,which help to crack the had nut that material tends to leak from the milling chamber in high-viscosity milling operation.

A magneticl filter with magnetic flux of 6000 gauss,which eliminates foreign-metal impurities contained in the paste to the milled,ensures product purity as well as equipment safety of the next process.

Volume variable piston type milling chamber changes energy density and barrel pressure to attain best dispersion and milling results.
