The milling chamber designed with cone shape to get the high energy at the entry of abrasive medium,so the material enter the chamber,the milling result is better than the straight shaped sand mill.Though it is single jacket cooling,but the designers treat the relationship between inner chamber of milling,dia.of disperse disc,thickness,the RPM of motor,in scientific way,so the equipment has the advantage of low temperature,high efficiency of dispersion.

The separate type dynamic disperser made of powder metallurgy has the advantage of self-clean,without block up even in high  viscosity ,super-wear-resistant.

WST Series Sand Mill
The mechanical sealing made in Burgmann,The surface on motive and static ring made by carbonized tungsten,the O type ring made by Teflon,which can bear the corrosion caused by strong solvent for long time.

For the special requirement ,the cylinder and disperse disc can be made by different material,such as zirconium oxide,Teflon,compound,etc,which have the feature of solvent-proof,zeri-pollution,which have the feature of solvent-proof,zero-pollution,high wear-resustant.
