Spin Welding is a frictional welding technique capable of producing strong, air-tight welds in thermoplastic parts with a circular-axis joint. During spin welding, one part is fixed in a holding fixture while the other part is rotated against it under pressure at speeds up to 16000rpm(Revolutions Per Minute)
In this process, friction occurs by rotational motion controlled by either a servo electro-magnetic and motor control system which regulates the RPM and motion control of the system.

Route for reference:
1. Arrive at shenzhen baoan international airport, and take Metro to Shuanglong Station. Then we send people came to pick you up.About an hour to our company.
2.Guangzhou Highrail way South Station to Shenzhen North Station, it only needs 30 minutes.
3.get off on Shenzhen NorthStation to take Metro line 5( Huangbei ling direction), then get off on Buji station and transfer to Longgang Line (Shunaglong direction), get off on Shuanglong station( also terminal station), 10 minutes' journey to the factory. Then We will pick you up to the factory.
