Application Of Mineral Sand Equipment
This series is depenging on the practice in sand and stone production,absorbing the leading technology home and abroad,and is widely used in sand making industry.
Main Features
It is of high efficiency and has the features of reasonable structure,high capacity and low consumption.It can make final products free from dirt and impurities and reduce the high quality sand loss.It is on behalf of the new technique compared with the same equipment in other companies.
Working Principle
When the sand washing works, motor drives the impeller slow rotation throughthe Vbelt,reducers, gear. Sand enters into the tankwasher through the feeding slot,and roll by the driven of gear. Then they grind each other to remove the impurities that cover the gravel surface, and destroy the vaporcoated layer of sand to facilitate dehydration. At the same time, add water to create a strong water flow, take the impurities and small proportion away timely, and discharge them from the washingtank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand is taken away by the blade. At last, sand is poured into the outfeed channel through the turning impeller, and complete the sand cleaning.
