1.Linear Vibrating Screen Introduction
1), Linear vibrating screen is low consuming, high output, simple structure, easy maintain, no powder dispersed, automobile discharged.
2), linear vibrating screen can be used universally for test screening or to produce between 2 and 4 screen fractions. A good screening effect is achieved by the circular vibration in the vertical plane.
3), SZF Series linear vibrating screen is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, plastics, rubber, ceramic, chemical, fertilizer, glass industries. Vibrating screens can be provided with dust proof cover as required. SZF Series linear vibrating screen can be supplied of different sizes depending on capacity required. They can also handle slightly wet material. Inlets, outlets and legs can be custom fit to your installation requirements.
2.Working Principle For Linear Vibrating Screen
Two motors simultaneously reverse rotation to make the exciter generated reverse excitation force, forcing the sieve led the mesh to make longitudinal movement, to make the material accept centrifugal force so that could thrown forward a range periodically, so as to complete the screening material sub-operations.
Linear vibrating screen have a dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors make synchronize and reverse rotation, the excitation force that generated by the eccentric block are offset in the direction of parallel motor axis, then stacked a resultant force in the direction of perpendicular to motor shaft, Therefore, screening machine trajectory is a straight line.
Two motor shaft relative to the screen surface has a dip, under the action of the force of material gravity and excitation force, The screen surface material being tossed leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purposes of screening and grading for material.
