Part One : Out-standing Features of Our Sand vibrating Screen / sand screener
Our standard range of rotary sand screen ranges from 1.25m ×3.0m in width and 2.4m × 9.6m in length and are available in single and multi-deck arrangements..
Bespoke machines are also available to suit specific need.Weilite linear vibrating screens can be designed to suit you specific application.
Weilite double and triple deck screens have ample 18 degree sloped side plate ends which allows the material to fall at the beginning of lower decks maxing the effective screen area.
Part Two : Applications of Sand vibrating Screen / sand screener
The sand screen vibrator are used in many industries ,such as , steel making , mining , quarrying , foundries , food processing and chemical industry for the separating of bulk materials like stone aggregates , different kind of sand , active carbon and other materials.
Unlike other systems , the vibrating screen is simple to install and do not require skilled tuning on site .
Although the maximum single unite length is 9.6m , multiple units can be mounted in series with minimal or no height loss to achieve greater sizing lengths.
