Screener Machine Working Principle
The motor via a belt to the exciter eccentric block to rotate at a high speed. Operation of the eccentric block to produce centrifugal force big, excited circular motion screen boxes have a certain amplitude, the material on the sieve screen pass by impulse in the screen surface inclination and produce a continuous casting movement, material and process of meet screen surface is smaller than the mesh screen, so as to realize the classification.
