Dry Sand Screen Machine
Dry Sand Screen Machine is a kind of sieving equipment and is widely used for grading and screening materials in the following fields minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, chemical industry, smelting,etc.
The raw material of the screen machine could be sand, coal, iron ore,limestone, flouspar, granite, silica sand, etc.

Dry Sand Screen Machine moves in a circular motion with two or multiple layers and high efficiency.YK serial vibrating rotates through motor which based on tire coupling driving eccentric plate, generate exciting force make screen box driving screen mesh into circular tracking vibration pushing incoming mineral particles moving up and down through screen mesh from feed side(high tilt of angle) gradually to discharge end(low end of angle),the mineral particles whose size smaller than mesh aperture would fall into the second layer of mesh to continue screening from beating process, then products would be separated layer by layer according the different size of mesh aperture, and finished products are poured out of equipment from discharge end.
