Features of Strew Rotary Dryer
1). Large intensity of drying, large effective area of drying, the drying time is short;
2). Simple structure, save space ,easy construction and maintenance;
3). Large quantity, the thermal efficiency is as high as 60%;
4). Drum dryer using "self-aligning roller device", thus greatly reduces the wear and power loss.
Working Principle of Strew Rotary Dryer
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our clay rotary drum dryer, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material dried gradually.
