General overview of this cast protection film machine
This line is to produce high quality three layer co extruded CPE protection film through the process of cast and coextrusion and online curing.
Features and advantages:
1.Screw: has special mixing fuction and high plasticizing capacity. It ensures good plasticizing, excellent mixing and high output when combining with European static mixer.
2.Optional fully automatic die and thickness gauge system with APC control for automatic measuring film thickness and adjusting die online.
3.High quality cooling and forming roller, special designed spiral flow, will ensure good cooling and molding at the high speed running.
4.Positive pressure and negative pressure device will be provided to reach a stable melting.
5.The film edge can be recyled online to save production cost.
6.The full automatic central winder with imported tension controller is helpful to automatic change finished rolls and cut off.

- higher transparency and lower haze;
- Better smoothness;
- A kind of no glue protection film with electrosatatic adsoption force so its paste effect is more beautiful without any glue vestigital;

Process of Cast PE Film Machine
Raw material with twin screw granulator making pallet, dry and transfer to the extruder to extrusion, single layer, three layers extrusion, casting forming, then use MDO one direction stretch thermoforming and embossed by embosser, edge cutting, trimming, unit to ensure the full utilization of raw material, finally winding into a roll. The water proof breathable film products with silky feel.
