5. Technial Advantage of Multiwall plastic sheet extrusion machine
Extrudes: specially designed screw and proper temparature control syatem will ensure a stable and even extrusion process, making end products of good appearance.
Die: super quality alloy lips and adjustable restrict bars ensures even pressure.
Vacuum calibrator: heat convection system with array interleaved, guarantees
precision of calibration.The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystem,
equipped with many closed vacuum lines.
Electrical control system: adopt microprocessor unit(PLC) to control precise
parameters and optimize the operation features.
