Overview:
OEO6500-OADM is an optical add-drop multiplexer (OADM) is used in wavelength-division multiplexing (WDM) systems for multiplexing and routing different channels of light into or out of a single mode fiber (SMF).
The WDM OADM card is a passive optical add/drop multiplexer designed for point-to-point, ring, or bus configurations' applications that provides the ideal solution for the increasing bandwidth demand on enterprise and metro access networks and delivers dramatic cost savings to network equipment manufacturers, enabling them to develop metro access systems that are lower in cost, easier to provision and simpler to operate.
