I Application
This machine fits for prodfor producing bilateral stretch plastic net with high intensity and light weight, used as ribs for construction, such as plasterboard and plasterer for wall, etc; .
II Performance and Characteristics
1. Mould and die of the extruder, the other integral component of the plastic mesh extrusion line, are specially manufactured for its high tolerances and provides an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality plastic mesh to meet today diverse needs
2. Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service it life.
3. Drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.
4. Adopting far infrared ray energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller which has high efficiency and low consumption.
5. A.C. motor &Variable frequency inverter control system durable in hash factory environment.
