I Application

SW plastic soft net machine sequentially and automatically produces once molding plastic nets; Tubular net, flat net, knotless net, fine soft net and tensile net with different materials and specs can be produced. Such as wine packing bet, vegetable packing net, plastic net bag, bathed ball net, garlic packing net, bud packing net and marine products net, etc.

II Characteristics

1. Mould and die of the extruder, the other integral component of the plastic mesh extrusion line, are specially manufactured for its high tolerances and provides an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality plastic net to meet today diverse needs

2. Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service it life.

3. Drive motor adopts variable frequency control which has high speed control precision, wide adjusting range, low consumption and reliable running.

4. Adopting far infrared ray energy-saving heater, intelligent digital automatic temperature controller which has high efficiency and low consumption.

5. A.C. motor &Variable frequency inverter control system durable in hash factory environment.
