I.Intro:
Based on horizontal continuous casting for cast iron profile(dense bar),we've developed new casting tech ‘Vertical upward continuous casting’ in 2006, by using this tech we manufactured new kind
of cast iron profiles ---Cast Iron Hollow Bar , which have been tested by chinese authority sector in mechanical industry and proved that the quality is much better than traditional sand-casting or
centrifugal casting profiles . Our advantages including high density,zero deficiency,close final shape(tube),superb wear resistance,high purity,excellent machinability and fatigue strength etc.

---spheroidization rate 90%,ball diameter 7~8,ball number 400~600/mm2
---compare sand casting, at same strength, elongation increase 50~100%
2.ADI(Austempered Ductile Iron)
---σb≥1200Μpa,δ≥2%,ak≥35J/mm2
3.Gray Cast Iron Pipe/bar(ISO:150/200/250/300/350)
---Matrix: ferrite+pearlite
---σb=250-380 Mpa, HB=150-240, E=1.1-1.7*105Mpa
