Components: Polyurethane sheet, and two surface with white pre-paint galvanized steel or stainless steel. (Sandwich panel)
Fire resistance stage: If customer need, we can provide B2 stage panel, fire extinguished after removing fire 3-5 seconds. The cost higher than normal kind.
The density of PU sheet is 38-42kg/m^3.
Cold room panel connected by cam lock.
Several different solutions for cold room cold storage, cold storage room, chiller room:
- Concrete: three layers 50mm XPS sheet put on floor Criss-cross,then cover 10-15cm concrete. Strong enough to bear forklift.
- Anti-sliding floor: put 1.5-3mm aluminum anti-sliding sheet on cold room panel. Can use small tralley in this cold room.
- Same as wall and roof panel, convenient installation.
Cold room door for cold room :
Hinged door: Full buried hinged door (Swing door, normal door) half buried hinged door
(Normal size is 0.8*1.8m, this is the size of door hole.)
Sliding door: manual door, auto electric door
Light type (Normal size is 1.5*2.0m, )
Middle type (Generally, large than 1.5*2.0m use this kind.)
Heavy type (Generally, large than 2.0*2.0m use this kind.)
Material: 100mm or 150mm PU panel, two surface is 0.5mm galvanized steel or 0.8mm stainless steel. If low temperature cold room need have heater wire in doors.
