The SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) put forth by our firm is offered to the clients at competitive market prices. It is a device that is commonly worn by specific professionals like firefighters, first responders and industrial workers. Besides, it stands unlike other apparatuses that require a hose to be connected to the remote supply. Our gamut is designed such that it helps in providing breathable air in adverse environments that can cause instant danger to the life or one's health.
The system is equipped with a Whistle which sends an Alarm in case of any Fault or If the pressure inside the Cylinder is falls below madatory levels.
It is equipped with a calibrated Pressure Gauge which indicates accurate Pressure of the Cylinder at all times.
A set contain with parts as following:
1. XF0012 full mask
The full mask is adaptable to fit all different shapes of faces. It is made of flame-retarded silicone, safe and comfortable to wear. It is also antifog designed. It allows for a wide field of vision. And the visor is made of a high impact scratch resistant material, which prolongs its life by 3-4 times.
2. XF0012-1 backboard
It is designed according to ergonomics to fit different users.The main body’s weight is only 0.685kg. The tortuosity can be above 90 degree. It is made from a high strength material, which is chemical, high temperature and impact resistant.
Flexible backpack, equipped with comfortable and detachable tournure, makes waist and shoulders no oppressive feeling.
Shoulder straps and belt are made of Nomex or KEVLAR, tear-resistant and flame-retardant. And they together distribute the weight of the apparatus effectively.
3. XF0012-2 warning whistle and pressure gauge
The warning whistle is integrated with pressure gauge and located on the chest after donning. It will give a continuous 90dB alarm to make sure the user can hear it under noisy environment.
The pressure gauge is waterproof and shockproof designed, and it can be read in the darkness.
4. XF0012-3 air supply valve
Handhold valve, with small size, can be inserted mask in 360o promptly. Gas supply is above 500L/min.
5. XF0012-4 Pressure regulator
The decompressor core adopts advanced technology with a design life of 15 years. The unique maximum gas supply is above 1000L/min,ensuringthe user’s enough respiratory volume.
6. XF0012-5 Cylinder valve
Carbon fibre cylinder has the advantages of high strength, light weight,corrosion-resistant and anti-shocking.
Y-shape self-locking cylinder valve effectively avoids opening the valve caused by accidental collision or misoperation.
7. XF0012-6 Mulfunctional fast join valve
Stainless steel, strong and durable. Traceless design, safe and reliable.
