How to choose the cutting edge thickness:
50um: mainly used for gravure printing of soft aluminum foils
75um: mainly used for general packaging printing, such as paper board and decoration printing
100um: mainly used for flexo printing, coating. rubber roll.
125um: mainly used for flexo printing, such as Ceramic Anilox Roll.
Laser mark on the blade is MDC quality consent. Constant contact areas ensure consistent uniformity of color printing, keeping printing quality consistently.

MDC doctor blade is widely used in gravure packing printing, publication gravure printing, flexography,flexible UV printing, coating printing, offset coating, pressure-sensitive printing, screen printing and decorative materials printing.
Super-hard coating on the blade greatly extends the blade life. Long-life doctor blade can reduce printing problems, to provide a clear scraping result with corrosion resistance, reducing the drawing line, thereby significantly reducing waste. The reduction in the number of blade replacement means reduced downtime, printing rollers re-plated and sculpture of the situation is reduced. This doctor blade is also suitable for UV ink.
