Product Features:
The thickness of the 0.15mm professional. Excellent elasticity, make up the beating due to high frequency loading caused by different axis; the ink transfer clean shaven, mesh point clear.
The best blade hardness is 580HV, standard hardness electric engraving roller Chrome for 800HV. The blade width is 1.5-1.7mm unique combination scraper blade edge; namely, the resistance of high strength, saving blade edge, until exhausted (and polished gold knife); the service life is 15-20 times of MDC blade, is 3 times the MDC ceramic blade. To ensure that each version three million does not produce the cutter line, not to hurt the version.
Use method and the matters needing attention:
1, after opening, first from the box and pulled out the required length, cut with scissors.
2, the blade must be clamped on the cutter frame (standard between the lining and the knife knife plate should be scrubbed clean)
3, the cutting edge must be up, shut down, the residual ink wiping edge clean, to prevent corrosion and rust.
