PVC Frabic HF Welding And Cutting Machine
Working principle of high frequency welding machine :
Plastic welding machine of high frequency is suitable for two-side welding package. Applying the heating principle of high frequency, the machine makes the intemal molecules of select heating principle of high frequency, the machine makes the intermal molecules of select material vibrating and causes heat energy welding.
Advantage of high frequency welding machine :
1. By adopting the same axle vibrator with specifical low loss.
2. It can adjust its output according to the mould’s specifications and the materials’ thickness.
3. When output of current protection is over large,the machine will cut off the output of the high frequency in order to protect the internal electric from damaging.
4. Apart from the heating of high frequency,the electric machine has 1000W heating wire and thermoset so that it can quicken welding time and get rid of sparks when the mould preheats.
