1. Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?
(1) 2 year (24 months) guarantee for all our led flood light .
(2) If any damage which is not caused by misuse or vandalism happens, please return the defective items to us
within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them according to the damage circumstance.
2. Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), Paypal, Western Union and etc.
You can also ask your Chinese friend or freight forwarder to pay RMB cash to us.
3. Q: How about the lead time?
A: For samples, we will deliver within 5 working days after we got the payment. For led flood light bulk orders
it takes about 7-20 days normally.
