Art of surface treatment:
forederosination(unoil)→derosination→washing(remove residues alkalinity)→rust cleaning→washing→surface adjustment→washing→parkerising(form parkerising film)→washing→passivation(remove residues impurity)→washing→drying→electrostatic spraying→180 temperature solidify for 20 minutes→air drying→inspecting→packaging and storage→waiting for shipment
