Multi-tier racking
1. Its standard is ormally the same as long span shelving,but in most case it is tailor made.
2. The uniform distributed beam load is from 100 to 500kg per shelf,the floor loading is 500kg /m2 U.D.L.
3. we also carry different types of floor to meet individual requirements,such as steel decking ,wood decking,galvanized industrial steel decking and galvanized grating floor.

5. It is good for storage of small items with split cartom picking in some occasion the system can provide with parts container and transport containers to meet customer needs.
6. The fast moving items can arrange to store in the ground floor while the other items can be stored in the upper floor according to priority sequence.
A. Rolling Mill Machine: It can laminate different sectional steel from 0.5-6 mm and can meet your diversified requirements.
B. Ball-blasting Machine: which can remove the rust and dirty on the steel both inner and outside through centrifugal force of the balls so as to be coated easily and firmly.
C. Electrostatic Spraying Workshop: It’s automatically electrostatic spraying production line, the powder can adhere on the surface of the steel well distributed and firmly.
