HFDX-2 full hydraulic core sample drilling rig for mining
1. it can drill 300m with Φ55mm drill rod, 200m depth with Φ71mm drill rod.
2. it is full hydraulic control, very strong and high drilling efficiency.
3. it is separate in structure, small in size, light in weight, flexible in movement and convenient in operation.
4. the mast have sliding, extending and retracting function, convenient and stable for drilling.
5. the hydraulic pump is driven by explosion-proof electric motor.
6. it is a professional machine for underground drilling, diamond coring for mining exploration, suitable for diamond drilling with wireline coring technique;
HFDX-2 portable full hydraulic core borehole drilling machine main features:
1. Full Hydraulic and Drill Head model.
The drill head rotation is realized with four hydraulic pumps driven by five diesel engines; this also makes the feeding hydraulic cylinder system realize its full stroke feeding in both higher and lower speed.
2. In good disassemblability.
The rig is adopted fission style in design, including power unit, hydraulic oil tank, manipulation platform and operation mechanism, i.e. the drilling section. So they are in light weight and can be carried by man power or animal power. The rig can be applied and performed in narrow space for drilling of hole at 45°~90° with stronger adaptability.
3. Strong techniques adaptability.
Besides diamond drilling with wire line coring technique, it is in strong techniques adaptability. It is applicable for the drilling and feeding requirement of any other stratum.
