- Solid Steel Welded Framework
- Teflon coated heat plate; provides even pressure and prevents scorching/burn marks
- Because the press auto-opens you don’t get as tired on long shirt runs and can be a real blessing for those who are not 100% in their arms and shoulders. This is because there is usually more stress in your limbs when pulling (opening) than there is in pushing (closing).
- Durable heating board equipped with a full range of heat coils to guarantee consistent temperature.
- The auto-open feature is great if your pressings requires so much time that you could much more profitably spend it doing something else instead of watching the press
- Die-casting Tech Heat Platen
- Dual-Station for High Efficiency
- The tilting lower platen keeps closing pressure equal and provides the added benefit of being elevated about 1” from the bottom of the press. This makes it the easiest of all manual presses to press both sides. Simply pull the shirt onto the bottom, press, pull it off and then reverse it, to press the other side.

Quality Control on Finished Machine: All Microtec heat presses are strictly tested under the following procedures before shipping out.
1) Turn on the machine, let it heating up to 200 degree Celsius.
2)Keep the temperature stay at 200 degree Celsius for at least 20 minutes
